It depends on the product and print method. Digitally printed transfers have no minimum, so small runs and one-offs are possible, while silkscreen printing suits larger runs. Tell us your quantity and we'll recommend the best option.
How long will it take?
Lead times depend on the product, quantity and finish. We'll confirm a lead time with your quote. If you're working to an event date, tell us up front and we'll let you know straight away whether we can meet it.
What artwork do you need?
A vector file (AI, EPS or PDF) gives the best result. If you don't have one, send a high-resolution image (400dpi or more). See our artwork guide, or just send what you have and we'll advise.
Can you design it for us?
Yes. Our in-house design team can prepare your logo, adapt existing artwork, or create a design from your brief.
Can you deliver unbranded, or straight to our warehouse?
Yes. We can pack without Finsbury China branding and deliver to your warehouse or venue. Many of our customers supply their own clients, and your clients' designs are never shown or sold by us.
Can I see my design before I order?
Yes. Send us your logo and we'll send a free visual mockup on your chosen pieces with your quote. Before production you'll also approve a proof, so nothing is made until you're happy.
Can you add a backstamp?
Yes. We can print your logo, name or a personal message on the base of each piece. It's a popular finishing touch for brands, venues and wedding commissions.
How do I look after it?
Every piece is kiln-fired, so the decoration is permanent. Care depends on the finish (metallics and gold need more care than colour). See our care guide.
