Whether you are sending us designs for Digital or Silkscreen printing, our design team will look over your artwork, to make sure we can output your designs, as close as we can to how you desire!
If we are decorating and firing, we will make sure the sizing is correct, and will adjust (where needed) to make sure everything fits to our ware.
Printing digitally, or through silkscreen, ceramic printing is always an interpretation of your artwork. Our designers here at Finsbury, always do their best to adjust the colours of artwork, where needed, to make sure it prints as close to how it looks on your screen!

Understanding the Process
In ceramic silkscreen printing:
- Designs are separated by colour, with one screen per color.
- Each colour is printed with ceramic ink (pigments + glass frits) onto decal paper.
- These are later applied to ceramic wares and fired to fuse the pigments.
