Courier
Our packaging department always does its best to find the cheapest but safest way to send ware to our customers.
The couriers we typically use offer a fragile service and deliver the following working day, with full tracking.
Pallets
We always encourage customers to send even the smallest of orders on a pallet delivery, as this is the safest way of sending out ware.
Our pallet courier has proven cost-effective, safe and efficient. Once your order is complete, pallets typically take around 3 business days to arrive — we also offer a next-day delivery service.
International shipments
If you want orders sending abroad, we're more than happy to arrange shipments, either by carrier or on pallets.

Barcoding
We can print barcodes for thimbles, mugs, and plates. Just send over an image of the barcode you'd like, and we'll print and apply it onto your ware.
