Our advice
We always encourage customers to send even the smallest of orders on a pallet delivery, as this is the safest way of sending out ware.

Our packaging department always does its best to find the cheapest but safest way to send ware to our customers.
The couriers we typically use offer a fragile service and deliver the following working day, with full tracking.

We always encourage customers to send even the smallest of orders on a pallet delivery, as this is the safest way of sending out ware.
Our pallet courier has proven cost-effective, safe and efficient.

International shipments

Barcodes printed on your ware
We can print barcodes for thimbles, mugs and plates. Just send over an image of the barcode you'd like, and we'll print and apply it onto your ware.

Delivery FAQs
What's the safest way to send my order?
A pallet delivery. We encourage customers to use pallets for even the smallest orders, as it's the safest way of sending out ware.
How long does delivery take?
Courier deliveries arrive the following working day with full tracking. Pallets typically take around 3 business days to arrive once your order is complete, and we also offer a next-day pallet service.
Do you ship outside the UK?
Yes – we're happy to arrange international shipments by carrier or on pallets. Get in touch and we'll talk you through the options.
Can you print barcodes on my ware?
Yes, for thimbles, mugs and plates. Send us an image of the barcode and we'll print and apply it.
Do you supply gift or retail boxes?
We offer a selected range of mug and thimble boxes – ask us for images and prices. We can also point you towards a company that makes bespoke boxes.
