Return and Refund Policy

At Finsbury China, we want you to be happy with your purchase. This policy covers returns, refunds and damaged items for orders placed through finsburychina.co.uk.

Ready-made products (mugs, whiteware and other stock items)
You may return a ready-made item within 14 days of delivery if you change your mind. The item must be unused and in its original packaging. You are responsible for the cost of returning it to us. Once we receive and inspect the return, we'll issue a full refund to your original payment method within 14 days, with no restocking fee.

Bespoke and custom-printed orders
Orders made to your own artwork or specification are final sale and cannot be returned for change of mind, in line with UK Consumer Contracts Regulations for personalised goods. This doesn't affect your rights if the item arrives faulty or damaged.

Damaged or faulty items
Every piece is handmade and individually fired, and while we pack carefully, breakages can occasionally happen in transit. If your item arrives damaged or faulty, email sales@finsburychina.co.uk within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the item and packaging. We'll arrange a free replacement or a full refund, whichever you prefer — no need to send the damaged item back unless we ask.
