Introduction
These Terms of Service govern your use of finsburychina.co.uk and any purchase made through the site, operated by Finsbury China Ltd, 1 Elsing Street, Fenton, Stoke-on-Trent, Staffordshire, ST4 2PR. By using this site or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Orders and Pricing
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of pricing errors or stock issues. Prices are shown in GBP and may exclude VAT and shipping unless stated otherwise.

Customer-Supplied Artwork
Where you supply your own artwork, images or designs for printing, you confirm that you own the rights to that material, or have obtained all necessary permissions to use and reproduce it, and that it does not infringe any third party's copyright, trademark or other rights. You agree to indemnify Finsbury China Ltd against any claim, loss or expense arising from artwork you have supplied. We reserve the right to decline to print any artwork at our discretion.

Bespoke and Made-to-Order Items
Bespoke and custom-printed items are produced to your specification. Please see our Return and Refund Policy for how this affects cancellations and returns.

Product Descriptions
As every piece is handmade and individually fired, minor variations in colour, glaze and finish between items are normal and are not considered defects.

Intellectual Property
All content on this site, including our own designs, photography and text, is owned by Finsbury China Ltd and may not be reproduced without our permission.

Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Finsbury China Ltd is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this site or our products, except where such liability cannot be excluded by law (including for death, personal injury, or fraud).

Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
